As has been said for millenium, Charity truely begins at home. This is especially true for the hundreds
of Georgia Moose Members who contribute to the Moose Charities Endowment Fund. Because these Georgia Members are helping
to make a difference in the lives of "OUR" Children and Seniors. But did you know that these gifts last forever?
It's true! The original gift amount is not spent. Funds earmarked Endowment keep giving over time. The funds
are invested, hopefully at an average return of 8%, and only the interest is spent. That way, the gift keeps giving
over & over again each year for all time.
Moose Charities lists donars by the amount of the gift. Guardian level is for those donating $1000
to $1,499 in a given year. We are proud to say that Carol & Mike McCool from Savannah are members of the Guardian
Level through April 30, 2006.
One of the highest levels is the 1922 Club, honoring the founding of Moosehaven in 1922. Membership
in this level requires gifting at the $50,000 to $99,999 level. Georgia Moose Association is proud that William &
Karen ( Bill & K) Budimlya of Savannah are members of the 1922 Club.
Congratulations & our special thanks to dedicated members such as these.
