As you all have heard by now the GMA 2010 Annual Convention will be on Tybee Island this September.  This is a great opportunity to get our younger members involved by offering a location that is family friendly.  I just spent Tuesday on Tybee, and most all visitors I noticed were family groups.  

NOW THE EXCITING NEWS – DISTRICT 1 WILL BE HOSTING A KIDS ROOM, GIVING OUR MEMBERS WITH CHILDREN THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND OUR MEETINGS.

OFFERING A KIDS ROOM SENDS THE MESSAGE TO OUR YOUNGER MEMBERS, “WE WANT YOUR INVOLVEMENT.”

*THE KIDS ROOM WILL OPEN 30 MIN BEFORE THE START OF THE MEETINGS.

*THE KIDS ROOM WILL CLOSE 30 MIN AFTER THE LAST SESSION OF THE DAY.

*NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 2 YEARS.

*THE CHILD OR CHILDREN MUST BE REGISTERED WITH US - AT NO COST - BY September 15, 2010.  See below for how to register your child.

*SNACKS AND LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED, HOWEVER, ANY SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS OR OTHER ITEMS (diapers, etc.) MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE PARENT.

ANY MEMBER WISHING TO USE OUR SITTERS DURING THE EVENING CAN DO SO BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH THE SITTERS.  THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR EVENING SERVICE.
